Daily rates are from $115 to $220, plus applicable taxes per night. They are based on one to two guests (except 3rd floor suite, which accepts up to four persons). Additional charges apply for more than two guests in a room. Long stay rates available upon request. Whole house rentals are available, please call for rates. These rates do not apply during Pro Football Hall of Fame Week.
A non-refundable $25 deposit per room for each night booked is needed to confirm your reservation. If it cannot be charged to a valid credit card, then a cash or check payment will be necessary to hold room(s). We will send a confirmation upon receipt of your deposit.
In the event you are unable to use this reservation, please cancel promptly. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your intended arrival or if you must end your stay early, a refund will only be remitted if we are able to rebook the room for the night(s) you missed. This amount will be charged to your credit card, minus the $25 deposit. The $25 deposit will be forfeited for each room or night cancelled, this will be considered cancellation fees. During Pro Football Hall of Fame festivities, cancellation must be received 21 days prior to event.
Please also note that Hambleton House does not allow pets or smoking indoors and the B&B is not appropriate for children under the age of 12.
Whole house rentals are available. There are beds for 12 guests and also two inflateable mattresses available.
